Subject: Stepping up, CR, Uttarakhand.

good evening.
I am getting calls on the following issues-
1. Orders in r/o stepping up of pay regarding ACP disparities- 
Orders are attached herewith.
2. CR status in r/o news flashed on HRD site- 
CR is under submission to COS through DOPT. It is now with Ms. Mona Singh, one of the Directors in DOPT, for further processing. 
3. Orders for Uttarakhand fund-
It has already been appealed that we should contribute at least 1 day salary for the cause. Willing officers may ask their DDO's to do the needful. No official orders from Board/any authority are required for it. Moreover, they can't issue the orders. They can only make appeal. We should act without waiting for their appeal. It is our duty to help the mankind without waiting for orders/appeal from the Board/any other authority.
