Let all know the procedure and technique of ‘host trace’ to trace out many earlier mails of such type. The identity of this I D Gupta as well as such type of earlier mails require to be made public.
As regards meeting/s, the mails of I D Gupta give the only impression/evidence that he was/is one of the participants of your meetings and all other activities. The earlier such types of mails were also sent by one of the participants as was very well evident from the material of the mails.
As per my knowledge, neither President nor SG is aware of your so called ZONAL COMMITTEE. You have always been doing the things in hidden manner against the interest of the cadre whether by mails or sms or by writing to higher authorities or phone calls. When I D Gupta started to write against SG and AIB, you were silent and enjoying his mails. Now when he is telling truth about your activities, you people have started to respond making allegations on others. Ist you people made complaint to UPSC for ad hoc promotions resulting into two or even more yearly DPCs for the ad hoc promotions to the post of AC resulting further in retirement of thousands of our officers without promotion while CBEC had assured us to have six monthly DPCs for ad hoc promotions. Then you filed an IA in Supreme Court after 3.8.11 verdict accepting the RRs of 13:2:1 while these RRs were unacceptable to everyone except you people. After then, you people filed the contempt case permanently closing the chapter of regularization as per new RRs while we were under process and had convinced the Board for the same. You also got buried the In-situ promotion scheme giving the pretext to Board that some of our own people are opposing it. Latestly, you people advocated for qualifying service to be 10 years for promotion of Inspector to Superintendent and also 10 years for promotion of Superintendent to AC while we convinced the Board to make it 2 years each as per DOPT guidelines. There is merely a pay difference of Rs. 200/- in Inspector to Superintendent, should we wait for 10 years for this 200 rupees? Not only it, you people could not observe any agitational programme due to your weakness and contrarily crediting yourself victorious saying that you have got deferred the agitational programme. My dear, deferment of programme is only the indicative of the weakness of the people like you. Deferment can never be claimed as victory as being claimed by you people. As far as cadre restructuring is concerned, around 250 ACRs are still awaited from your zone but you people are afraid of even your local administration to approach them for expediting the sending of ACRs. The list of discrepancies has already been mailed to you people but you have no courage to talk even to your local authorities on the issue. You people are habitual of coming to Delhi with your hidden agenda without intimating the AIB. You people are spoiling everything and make high talks on mails and in meetings only to spoil the cordial atmosphere. You think that you only have the knowledge and other AIB office bearers including President and SG are incompetent and not thinking for the welfare of the cadre.
You are now, when we are able to get historic number of AC posts, are crying for regional disparity. Where were you people when Vimal Kumars were placed at junior positions than Kiran Pandits despite of being senior as Inspector? Will zonal disparities not be removed by parity with counterparts? Why people like you don’t concentrate on parity with common entry counterparts? Why you people want that our officers should not reach higher levels? Sometimes you say that our officers should not become DC before 28/30 years, sometimes you say that our Inspector should not become Superintendent before 10 years and our Superintendent also should not become AC before 20 years after entry as Inspector. You people are habitual of acting against cadre since very beginning from the times of earlier bodies whether it was Sidhanta or Bishwas or any other else.
What do you mean by ‘Let us go in tandem’? Are you not the part of AIB?
