very correct to ask me for agitation/Satyagraha programme because it is the
only key to get success. I was in total agreement with you in the interest of
the cadre.
However, the programme is deferred with
immediate effect. All the units and the office bearers may kindly note it
and act accordingly.
It
is highly appreciable that so high number of visitors are seeing daily the blog
of our Association being operated by you.

Mr Sasmal,
You rightly constrained yourself from
writing mails because you are never worth to write. You always write to
criticize & abuse others in psychic manner without any suggestion or
contribution for cadre. I am surprised how the weak & ill people like you
manage to come to Association. You are even unable to look into your local
issues and ever asking All India Body to resolve your matters. I am really
unable to understand what you are capable of doing and what is your intention
except sending ill mails.
CBEC never took our agitation lightly.
It is our agitation strategy that we got the cadre restructuring done and it is
going to be implemented before Income Tax despite of approval &
notification after them. In the history of Association, we never got so high
number of promotional posts. We could even get more benefits but due to the
weak people like you we are unable to proceed. The weak people like you can
make any agitation/strategy weak by not observing the same and always crying on
mails. The ill people like you are responsible to make the cadre weak and fail
our agitational programmes. We have to defer even light programmes due to weak
& incapable persons like you.
Your members are asking nothing from you
but you want to hide your weakness by crying on mails because your members don’t
follow you due to your incapabilities. You are totally weak & incapable
person. You have no leadership quality due to which the members of Bombay don’t
follow your calls. You believe only in propagandas and want to make our
Association weak by your weak activities. You always asked the All India Body
to interfere into your local issues only due to your weakness as even your
local authorities never find you worth of talking or meeting or sitting with
them due to your weak personality.
And Mr weak, the said local unit doesn’t
require to agitate in any name. Our local unit is capable of everything
including any agitation on its own. It never requires the weak people like you
to observe any agitation or to do any work. Hidden agenda is always had by the
people like you only. We have no hidden agenda. Only the ill people like you
come to Delhi in hidden manner to meet authorities with the influence of others
to achieve your hidden agenda. This local unit started agitation in Delhi
without any help from others particularly mean & weak people like you who
have no stand and keep changing shelter. The programme to gather before higher
authorities by Delhi officers was made only due to the fact that the coward
people like you fear even to gather in front of the residences of the local
authorities But the Delhi officers don’t fear even to sit in front of the
residence of the FM. It were you people who asked the All India Body to make
the intensive agitation programme in Delhi and boasted to come at least with 50 officers from your
unit but showed total cowardliness on the time of sitting by fearing to come to
FM residence even by a single person. At that time SG very specifically asked
that we have not to give the notice of agitational programme only for name sake
but we have it to actually observe. He was to force to say like this because
you intended to give the notice only for name sake. So, don’t make false
allegations on others and get your cowardliness treated.
Our local office bearers throughout
India are worth capable to motivate the members at every place except some weak
local leaders like you. The persons with childish nature like you only expect
the All India Body leaders to come to local places to cover weakness of persons
like you. And when All India Body office bearers wanted to come to Bombay to
interact with the members, you refused due to your weakness of not facing your
members because you are not capable even to solve the local issues.
And Mr, we always keep to meet every
authority frequently from the level of DS & Director to the level of
Secretary & Minister in the interest of the cadre but not need to publicize
like you people. Our President placed contrary thing on the blog only to motivate
& awake the weak & coward people like you.
DPC for existing posts is being happened
on today only due to our efforts otherwise it could be delayed even more due to
the people like you. Supreme Court case has been spoiled by the people like you
by going to contempt without consulting All India Body, otherwise All India
Body had convinced the authorities. Everything relating to cadre restructuring
is going smoothly, it may only become unsmooth due to people like you by not
observing agitation calls given for immediate implementation of cadre
restructuring keeping in view the regular retirements of our senior officers.
But people like you want to delay everything by not observing the agitation
only with the intention to retire our senior officers without promotion and get
promotion for you before all. Ever representation of the All India Body is to
the point. These look confused only to the confused persons like you because of
having no prudence. I am proud to say that our Association is and should be
strong enough and not dependent on other organisations. It is the people like
you who want to take shelter on others shoulders. The people like you can make
any organisation weak. All of our office bearers, local and All India, are courageous
enough except like you. Only the people like you make the cadre laughing stock
and mockery due being afraid to observe any agitation. The historic number of
the promotional posts in the cadre restructuring is the evidence of
capabilities of our leaders to expand the cadre. But people like you only like
to cry on moving elephants.
Only the people like you want the
agitation notice for name sake and hold the cadre on ransom due to your cowardliness
& weakness as was also intended by you in one of Delhi Associate Committee
meetings. Now, it seems that you’re a person even not worth to respond against
your mails in future.
