  Pending APAR's, dues & funds, elections
Dear friends,
Namaste.
1)       The lists regarding pending APAR’s have already been mailed today to each zone. All of the zonal/unit office bearers are requested to expedite accordingly. The situation is very alarming at a few places in this regard.
2)       The statement showing the pending dues as on 31.03.14 is enclosed herewith. All of the units are requested to clear their dues at an early date. The units are requested to donate the additional funds also to make the organisation strong. The matter of the clearance of the pending dues should not be taken as a matter of pleasure. It’s the duty of all of us to clear the dues timely and also donate maximum additional funds to make our Association financially strong. All of the zonal office bearers are requested to pursue the matter of clearance of dues and donation of funds to the Association with the respective units of their zone very seriously. All of the units are required to be duly serious in the matter. Salute, thanks and great appreciations to our Rajkot Unit for having zero balance as on 31.03.14.
3)       All of the units, wherever elections are due, are requested to conduct the early elections. If any procedural help is required, it will be provided by the All India Body.
