LAST DATE FOR SUBMISSION OF MEMORANDUM TO 7TH CPC EXTENDED

The  7th Central Pay Commission has granted extension of time up to 15.07.2014 (15th July 2014) for submission of memorandum by individual organizations other than JCM staff side. The following is the revised time schedule (Last date).
1.      JCM National Council Staff side : 30.06.20142.   

   All other Federations/Unions/Associations : 15.07.2014

AIACEGEO  will be submitting a  memorandum before 30.06.2014. All the affiliated Units  of the AIACEGEO  are requested to prepare a draft  memorandum well in advance and  submit it before 10.06.2014 to the SG for finalization of the memorandum of AIACEGEO.  Cengo India has already  posted the  reply to the questionnaire issued by the 7th CPC.  The   memorandum of AIACEGEO  will be finalized  taking into account the views of all Units. Department specific issues are to be covered by said  memorandum  first and thereafter other issues general in nature may be highlighted.   Since there will be very short time available for submission of memorandum, in view of the overall time frame of 18 months  all our Units  are requested to finalize their approach and prepare the draft  memorandum and keep  send it to SG without loss of time.

1. The reply to the questionnaire to the 7th CPC has already been sent to the Commission and placed on the blogspot (cengoindia.blogspot.in) of the Association. It is requested to all to send the feedback regarding Memorandum to be sent to the Commission now latest by 10.06.14. The feedback may also kindly be supported by the relevant documents. Suggestions may also kindly be sent to make any rectification/addition to the material placed in the reply to the questionnaire with due substantiation. The experts including our officers having specific knowledge on the issue may also kindly be consulted, wherever required. If required, local committees may also be formed for the purpose.
2. As far as the notifications regarding reorganization & allocation are concerned, the same are still to be issued and are pending with the Board.
3. The concerned units are once again requested to expedite the sending of ACR dossiers etc. in relation of the promotion to the post of Asstt. Commissioner immediately, wherever pending.
4. The concerned units are also requested once again to expedite the clearing of their dues and also donate maximum funds to the Association immediately.
