In course of our discussions with Chairperson , CBEC, we have interalia rose one issue for immediate introduction of a flexible promotional scheme on in situ basis with a provision of batch wise up gradation in our cadre. Chairperson explained that the stagnation committee is examining as to how the stagnation as existed in our cadre can be solved in a long term basis, introduction of flexible promotional scheme on in situ basis and batch wise upgradation etc. as per the direction of Cabinet Secretary. Hence she told that these issues can be taken on the basis of report of such committee , which is yet to submit it's report. However on our request she has agreed to instruct the committee to submit it's report urgently. Accordingly the next date of the meeting of such committee is fixed to 09.10.14 and all the recognised associations have been informed by such committee to attend such meeting on 09.10.14.
