Namaste.
One of our colleagues sent me the blog of Sh.
Manimohan in the title of “open invitation to all units of AIACEGEO, yet to
join us.” This blog no way gives the message of unity but it is only his
effort to join units with him instead of being all of us united. We gave such invitation on 14.6.19 to all units (including those all which are being said to
be with him) in the interest of unity and cadre. But unfortunately, he placed a convention
notice on 23.06.19 separately without taking any initiative for the unity and ignoring
our invitation. We placed our notice without taking decision on date and venue
with the intention that a combined convention may be held with mutual consent
on mutually agreed dates and venue. It is not really understandable why he was
in hurry to declare separate convention.
Whatever he has mentioned in his blog, it is in his
own style of telling lies. His narration is having no truth and things are
totally been distorted by him in the manner to be suited to him. I and Dear
Venkatesh have already intended not to contest, so there should have not been
any problem to this person to be part of our combined Convention. But
unfortunately, he always liked to put conditions suited to him without any intention
of unity despite of the fact that the administration was pleased not to call
any meeting with Association under Employee Grievance Redressal Mechanism after
18.08.17 due to the division made by him & his associates. The said meeting was also called due to some another reason inviting
all associations for the sake of formality to show to PMO that such meetings
are being conducted with the staffside as the cadre issues were being taken up by us with the PMO. Now, I don’t know whether somebody will
ask Sh. Manimohan and Sh. Sanjay Sriniwasan also not to contest and merge with
AIACEGEO, if Ravi Malik and dear Venkatesh are not contesting.
The reason, intention and ambition of Sh Manimohan
may be known to him only why he don't want us to be united. Perhaps he is like
it only because of being successful in dividing the Inspectors Association also
in the past. This time too, by forming so called association with the help of a
few units in a closed room, he and Sh. R. Chandramouli are successful to divide
the Association by playing emotional trick that Asstt. Commissioners should not
be office bearers. And the likes of Sh. S. K. Patil are always in their support
despite of he and Sh. Chandramouli being the party to the resolution to include
promotee Group A officers as the members of the Association like Income Tax.
Now, Sh. Manimohan is saying that only Superintendents can be the members of
AIACEGEO. Interesting, one person is thinking that he is above the House.
However, he should merge with AIACEGEO if only Superintendents are office
bearers from our side.
Now, Sh. Patil is also advocating for unity
despite of fact that he took first step to divide the AIACEGEO being
instrumental in forming so called promotee IRS officers Association. In second
step of the division also, he was very instrumental by being Chief Guest of the so called meeting of these dividers instead
of asking them not to make division. But we can’t expect such a good thing from
an initial divider of Association to make us disunited.
These people are now propagating the propaganda
that they had meeting with our representatives but it is not understood why
they didn’t sit directly with us instead of representatives. Now, he is alleging that conditions were not acceptable
to Ravi Malik. Friends, I as individual, am nobody to accept or not to accept
the conditions neither those conditions were placed before the House nor any
report was placed to the President and
Secretary General. However, those so called conditions were not
acceptable to the units of the AIACEGEO.
One more great lie by this great liar is that Ravi
Malik was not ready for common convention. But we can expect only such lies
from this person. This person or anybody else on his behalf never talked to me
for common convention despite of our regular messages of unity in the interest of
cadre. Rather we got message that he don’t like to sit with common members like
Ravi Malik. Not only it, he made every wild allegation against me and tried to prove
that I am the man of the administration. But friends, I am proud to say that a
person like me can never be the man of administration. A person like me can
never be loved by the administration. In contrary, there may be so many
Manimohans who always want to be close to administration for buttering under vested interests.
Now, he is trying to take the shelter of the Board
letter dated 12.02.19 but perhaps he doesn’t want to realize that Ravi Malik is
still being addressed as the Secretary General of AIACEGEO even after the
letter of 12.02.19 by the CBIC. This all and his own contradictions are also very
well proved by his own blogs being occasionally sent to me by some of our
colleagues.
No need to say that the blog of Sh. Manimohan is
purely a diplomatic and tactical blog to mispresent the things and also
changing his own stand in his own way. His intention is not of unity but he
wants a few more units to be with him. I am really unable to understand his aim,
ambition, purpose, interest and intention to make us disunited. May be that he
is a person of administration and want to divide us enabling administration to
divide and rule and dilute our goals.
