Keeping in view that no meeting has been called for very long by the administration with the Association under Employee Grievance Redressal Mechanism perhaps due to the message of division between us, the matter was pursued with the administration. The administration was in a bit dilemma that only we should be called or Sh. Manimohan & associates should also be called for the meeting. We gave our understanding that it makes no difference to us whether we alone are called or Sh. Manimohan & associates are also called for the meeting. Accordingly, the convenient dates were asked from us and should have also been asked from Sh. Manimohan & associates for the meeting.
So, we may hope a meeting soon with the administration under Employee Grievance Redressal Mechanism. It is expected that some of our important issues should be resolved in this meeting, if not all.
