The following cases were heard today at Allahabad CAT and admitted-
(1) Implementation of the in situ promotion scheme since its approval by the CBIC in 2011- No need to say that this will give instant relief to our stagnated officers and will retire them at least in the Grade Pay of Rs. 6600/- (Level-11). Most importantly, it will also remove regional disparities in promotions.
(2) Uniform formula for pay fixation.
(3) Promotion to STS post.
(4) Implementation of Jabalpur CAT order for the payment of arrears since 1986.
Next date of hearing in above four cases is now 01.10.19.
Remaining three cases (Implementation of para 7.15.24 of 6th CPC, Upgradation under GST at par with the state governments and promotion of ad-hoc/temporary ACs to DC after completion of four years of service) will be heard on 17.07.19 for admission.
