News from Allahabad CAT

Dear friends,
Namaste.


The following cases were heard today on 17.07.19 at Allahabad CAT and admitted-
          (1) Implementation of para 7.15.24 of 6th CPC report to grant parity in pay scale to our Superintendents at par with Chief Enforcement Officer w.e.f. the date of enhancement of the pay scale of later. 
          (2) Upgradation under GST at par with the State Government officers including to grant pay scale of Level-10 (GP of 5400/- in PB3) to our Superintendents at par with the counterparts of State GST.
          (3) Promotion of Ad-hoc/temporary AC to DC on completion of four years.
         Next date of hearing in above three cases is now 28.08.19.
