Friends, as we know, the offices are being planned to open in phased manner in accordance of MHA guidelines. We have not to forget to keep basic things in our mind like hand washing with soap and sanitizing with sanitizer at regular intervals. These both & particularly soap would certainly be available or made available in every office. In emergency, we may also purchase individual soap for our own safety.
We also have to take following care-
I. Hand sanitizer will also be used before entry into the building.
II. Everybody will use mask to cover mouth & nose.
III. Contingent will use hand gloves at the time of cleaning and will keep these at safe place after duly washing with soap.
IV. Everybody will sanitize or wash hands every hour & whenever required with sanitizer/soap. Soap will be held in hands at least for 20 seconds before washing.
V. Everybody will sanitize with sanitizer/wash hands with soap everytime before entering into room (by everybody at every occasion to enter into any room). Soap will be held in hands at least for 20 seconds before washing.
VI. Visitors will not be allowed into office.
VII. Social distancing will be maintained in the office.
VIII. Physical exchange of files will be minimized. AND WE HAVE TO SANITIZE/WASH WITH SOAP OUR HANDS EVERYTIME AFTER HANDLING THE FILE.
Friends, role of personal hygiene & sanitizing is very important. As we all know that the life of Corona virus on any surface is only in hours, may be long hours but not long days as per reports. It means our work place/rooms in office is/are free of virus as on date due to being locked down for weeks. So we may now keep away the virus from our work place or home till we are not exposed to it out of office or home and keep ourselves personally hygienic & sanitized. It is also true that this virus enters into us through mouth, nose or eyes if touched by our hand having virus. So, we all have to use personal mask covering our mouth & nose. We have to sanitize & wash our hands regularly and be careful to touch our mouth, nose or eyes with our hands. We have to educate all of our colleagues & knowns also accordingly and ask them to educate their fmly members too. On returning home, we have to wash our clothes immediately with soap, take bath with soap and change clothes. Before this all, we have to touch nothing at home. And we have to take care for personal hygiene & sanitizing at home too alongwith our family members regularly. This all can be done very easily. We have to put it in our habit to combat Corona.
