NFU

Friends, this is counter by CBIC to our writ of NFU at par with CSS on lines of grup A. If we succeed in it, we will get pay scale of at least ADC. All are reqstd to go thro counter & send comments to prepare rejoinder immediately to mail Id aiacegeo2019@gmail.com. Two things are certain from their counter- i) They have again admitted that a promotee AC/group A officer, i.e., Ravi Malik, to be SG of AIACEGEO in the relevant tenure ii) All promotee ACs/group A officers may claim NFU at par with counterpart of IAS with 2 years difference based on vacancy year. Side by side, they can also claim NFU at par with any DR IRS counterpart who has got NFU & is junior in terms of vacancy year. Adhocism should not be any bar to it bcause DR IRS promoted on ad hoc basis to higher posts have already been given this benefit. However, things are not so easy, we will have to fight strongly & unitedly. All are also requested to file such case on NFU in various courts throughout the country as per legal advice.
