Madam,
Kindly refer to the letter No.
I/744917/2022 Dt. 07.09.22 of your goodself on the above subject.
2. It
is submitted with due regards that the basis reason of being too meager number of
the officers taking benefit of the scheme is “not taking place of the due
agreement with any hospital at all or not taking place of the renewal of the
agreement with the hospitals”.
3. So, in addition to the
information asked in the above referred letter of your goodself, the following
information is also required to be asked from the field formations-
i) Names of the hospitals in each
field formation/Commissionerate with which the agreement for the purpose has
been made.
ii) Names of the hospitals in each
field formation/Commissionerate with which the agreement for the purpose has
been renewed.
iii) Reasons for not making agreement
or renew it.
4. The above information is very
much required to be sought from the field formations, if we really want to give
benefit of the scheme to our officers. The Heads of the field
formations/Commissionerates will have to be quite serious for the
implementation of the scheme, if they are really interested in welfare of our
group B and C officers.
5. In view of the above, it is
requested to kindly ask the above additional information from the field
formations/Commissionerates for proper monitoring of the scheme. The Heads of the
field formations/Commissionerates may also kindly be asked to implement the
scheme with the utmost seriousness. Only then, the purpose of the scheme shall
be fulfilled.
Thanking you,
Yours sincerely,
(HARPAL SINGH),
Secretary
General.
