It seems that we don't know how to be united. Some of us always have great indigestion about the unity under their vested interests . They always befooled us by presenting the things in wrong way. Such persons never learn from Income Tax who have only one association for gazetted officers having its members and office bearers upto the level of Commissioner. In our CBIC also, Appraising officers and Ministerial officers have same pattern. But some self proclaimed leaders are always hungry to be in association even without being elected. Such persons divided Inspectors Association. They again divided AIACEGEO after becoming Superintendent. Now after becoming Asstt. Commissioner, they are again hungry to be in association to divide the cadre further.
They never worked in the interest of cadre and have no achievement. They also always tried to halt the DPC for the post of Asstt. Commissioner and did every negative work. It was AIACEGEO due to whose efforts the DPCs were possible. These self proclaimed leaders sometimes divided cadre in direct & promotee, sometimes in general & reserved and sometimes in fast zones and slow zones under their ulterior motive. They don't have even a single achievement in the interest of cadre.
As on date, promotee group 'A' officers of Central Excise stream are duly members of AIACEGEO like ITGOA (Income Tax Gazetted Officers Association). So, it is beyond all understandings why these self proclaimed leaders want to divide the cadre further by declaring themselves office bearers of some IRS Association in their own style. There was already one more IRS promotee association which had Mr Patil its Secretary. One more is there having Sh. Mor as its Secretary. Now, there is one more division by these self proclaimed leaders by forming one more IRS Association and declaring themselves the office bearers of it in self styled manner. And they are doing it knowing very well that the interests of all Inspector born officers are common.
Why should we not fight all unitedly in the name of AIACEGEO like ITGOA.
