Sub: Deputation/loan basis applications.

Madam,

It is submitted with due regards that many applications for deputation/loan basis postings have been forwarded late by the field formations to the DGPM due to the delayed administrative procedure despite of the applications made within time by the applicants.

            2. It is further submitted that there is no fault on the part of the applicants in such cases because the delay on the part of the administration is not in their hands. The applicants applied very well within the last date prescribed by the DGPM. For example, some applications were forwarded to the DGPM even in the month of March despite being applied by the applicants before the closing date of 12.02.23.

            3. In such cases, where nothing is in the hands of the applicants, the applications may kindly be considered sympathetically particularly after being duly forwarded by the field formations, however late. In all of such cases, the last date may kindly be considered in relation to the date of application by the respective applicant, if applied within last date irrespective of the date of forwarding by the respective field formation.

            4. In view of above, it is requested to kindly consider all applications sympathetically whether forwarded by the field formations timely or not. Otherwise, it will be great injustice to the applicants because of nothing being in their hands relating to any delay on the part of the administration particularly when they applied within last date.

            Thanking you,

Yours sincerely,

(HARPAL SINGH),

Secretary General.
