1. As known to all, a committee was formed during Jaipur convention to study and prepare constitutional amendment report to include promotee Central Excise Group A officers as the members of the Association. The report prepared by Sh. A. S. Roy had already been circulated to all. The report resent by him has been again circulated to all.. All of the units and office bearers are requested to bring the copy of the report with them to Daman convention to be held on 01.11.14 & 02.11.14.
2. The final minutes of the Chennai AEC meeting have also already been circulated. All are again requested to bring the copy of the same to Daman convention.
3. Many of our office bearers and members have been promoted to the post of Asstt. Commissioner recently on 22.10.14 on the occasion of Deepawali. Again congratulations to them for this great Deepawali gift. Some of them have asked me whether they should attend the convention or not.
All of them are requested to attend the convention without any hesitation. All of them are most welcome as our esteemed offioce bearers as well as members. It has already been decided in the Associate Committee meeting to have our willing Group A Central Excise promotee officers as our members. In the constitutional amendment report of Sh. A. S. Roy also, they have been rcommended to be our members. Even otherwise being our members or not, all of them are heartedly invited and most welcomed to the convention. So, kindly don’t forget to come without any hesitation.
