The authorities, whether belonging to CBEC or nodal department/s, are having no change to their attitude. They are well determined to give no benefit to the employees even ignoring the court orders. They don't bother even for the issues decided by the Hon'ble Apex Court. The following two letters on Chandrasekaran and Ashok Kumar cases are the strong evidence of the mindset of the authorities not to give any benefit to the employees. On both issues, their SLPs have been dismissed but they don't bother for the court orders. Despite of their SLP on the issue of Chandrasekran case being dismissed in the case of Enforcement Directorate, they have withdrawn the benefit given in Chandrasekran case. So friends, be all united without any complacent feeling. Observe all Satyagraha programmes, big or small, with full enthusiasm. The news regarding the GST is also not good as the handing-over of units upto Rs. 1.5 crore to the states is on the cards, for which no need to say that CBEC will be packed up alongwith our already worst career prospects.
So friends, crowd shown in the programmes of 09.07.16 and 11.07.16 will only decide our fate. This will also decide whether we are well prepared to observe bigger programmes and to make "final strike on the target". We'll have to "rise to occasion" very strongly, if we are really interested to protect self-respect and our existence, otherwise be ready to face "worse of the worst".
