Kindly don't forget to bear black badges on 07.12.16 regarding promotions, pay matters, career prospects etc. Please communicate to each other in every office of in-station & out-station. Programme is being observed by ALL CADRES (except direct group 'A') of Central Excise, Customs, Service Tax & INCOME TAX throughout the country. Please purchase a black ribbon, cut it into 3-4 inch pieces & put on your front or shoulder and distribute among others too. It should be visible to authorities wherever & whenever you go to them throughout the day. Please follow the programme seriously. No need to say that the Central Excise as well as Income Tax promotee group 'A' officers are also the member of the Association. Even otherwise, ad-hoc officers are always the member of parent cadre until regularised.
