Chennai CAT case

Dear friends,
namaste.
Chennai CAT case was posted for 30.11.16 instead of 01.12.16 by mistake of registry office. ASG was out of station. Our advocate argued but judge posted it to 7.12.16. We met govt. counsel & also visited ASG office on 30.11.16. Also met again our advocate in the evening. On our pursuance, govt. counsel tried to get case preponed by mentioning on 01.12.16 but only single judge was present in bench, so not heard.
