Congrats to Sh. Subramanium and Inspectors Association to win the case in Supreme Court as the SLP filed by the CBEC has been dismissed today. This will enable our officers to get time scale after 4 years of the grant of Ist ACP upgradation in Inspector cadre instead of becoming Superintendent. On account of the negative approach of DOPT as well as CBEC, we don't know whether the benefit would be granted 'in person' or 'in general'. We also don't know whether it would be granted only in the case of ACP upgradation or also in the case of MACP upgradation due to simple reason of negative mindset of the CBEC and nodal departments. However, we are already in the court for its general implementation. Great congrats again.
