It's a matter of great pains and disappointment that one more commander of Sh. Chandramouli/Sh. Manimohan team is doing double standard behaviour. He says something and does something other. I have been trying my best to get him maturely behaving but he is perhaps adamant not to be mended. Initially, he seemed to me to be a mature and learned officer but now I don't know what has happened to him. He is making regularly wild and heinous allegations against me and adopting divisive tactics to divide the cadre making telephonic contacts with individual officers in each zone. Latestly, this so called organising secretary of so called promotee IRS officers association contacted one of the promotee Asstt. Commissioners in Meerut Zone saying that Board recognises neither Ravi Malik nor AIACEGEO and therefore, he asked the Meerut Zone officer to attend the meeting of 09.02.18 on transfer/posting guidelines for which Ravi Malik has already been invited. Dear Patilji, try to understand that individual is never recognised by the Board, it's organisation which is recognised. And for your knowledge it is again informed that AIACEGEO is well recognised but your so called association has never been recognised nor will ever be recognised because ad hoc officers are never authorised to form any association and they always remain members of the association belonging to the cadre from which these ad hoc officers have been promoted. Moreover, it has already been decided that our Central Excise promotee group 'A' executive officers would be members of AIACEGEO. No need to say that you and your associates were also very well present in three consecutive General Body meetings of AIACEGEO in which this decision was taken. But I don't know under what vested interest you are now behaving in adverse manner. The President of Meerut Unit of AIACEGEO is very unhappy with such type of your behaviour. Kindly become a gentleman and try to mend yourself in the interest of the cadre. On one hand, you talk about unity with some selected persons; on other hand, you are adopting every divisive tactics. Friends, kindly don't get be-fooled by divisive tactics of any person including Sh. Patil. We have to be united under any circumstances, if we want to achieve our goals. All units are requested to be attentive of all of such persons. Long live our AIACEGEO. Our Association-Zindabad.
