The SLP 4870-71/2018 was listed today on 19.04.18 in court no 8 item no 10 in Supreme Court. The Respondent namely rajgopalan filed its reply affidavit to the affidavit of UoI wherein alleged that department has given the benefit of N R Parmar judgment from 1984 onwards to many persons including Mr Ravi Malik. Adv vikas singh objected repeated filing of afidavits by respondents. Union of india sought permission to confirm the alleged position and the matter seems now for arguments on 24/4/2018. Judges also asked all respondents, if any more affidavit is still to b filed, making note of repeated filing of afidavits by respondents.
