Sub: Request for grievance redressal.
Kindly refer to the submissions made on 08.06.18 in person.
2. It is to submit with due regards that the DPC for the post of Asstt. Commissioner for the years 2016-17 and 2017-18 has already happened under your kind Chair. The Association is again grateful to your goodself for the same. A few more points as below were also submitted to your goodself for the due redressal on the occasion-
(i) DPC for the post of Asstt. Commissioner for the transition year 2018.
(ii) Revival of in-situ promotion scheme as approved in Board meeting of 18.02.11.
(iii) Bringing a scheme for Central Excise/CGST executive officers benefitting the old as well as young generations.
(iv) Batch to batch Non Functional Financial Upgradation (NFU) to our officers to grant financial parity with the best placed counterparts of CSS etc.
(v) Flexible Complementary/Dynamic Assured Career Progression Scheme for Superintendents in accordance of the observation of CBEC under OM F. No.A-26017/154//2015-Ad.IIA Dt. 22.02.16 about the disparities in promotions that it is an alarming anomalous situation.
3. Your goodself was kind enough to assure the Association to do the needful regarding the above points saying that the issues relating to the CBIC would be redressed by the Board itself and the issues requiring to be sent to the concerned nodal department would be recommended to the same. It is to submit further that at least two very first issues of the above mentioned points can be resolved at the Board level itself.
4. In view of the above, it is requested to do the needful accordingly. The Association is very much hopeful that our officers would be able to get the benefit in r/o the above issues during your kind reign itself.
