Meeting with Chairman

Dear friends,
namaste.
On the call from Chairman office, a meeting was held in the chamber of Chairman. Both, outgoing as well as incoming chairmen alongwith the Commissioner, Coordination, were present in the meeting. Both chairmen had all praise for our Superintendents and Inspector including promotee ACs for implementation of GST and wished the best to all of the members of the Association. Outgoing Chairman said that she wanted to do many things on HR issues but couldn't do due to GST work. However, the incoming Chairman will do the needful on these issues. Incoming Chairman was all pleased to agree. The following issues were discussed-
1. NFU- Both including the Commissioner, Coordination were in hundred percent agreement with it. The incoming Chairman assured to do the needful on the issue.
2. Extension of temporary posts-it is on advance stage with nodal department.
3. DPC for the year 2018- needful will be done.
4. Next Cadre Restructuring- Process has been started. Associations will be called soon for discussions.
5. Manpower & Infrastructure under GST- needful will be done.
6. Defining responsibility under GST for each level-agreed.
7. Sh. B. B. Agarwal note- will be taken up.
8. Abusive language by Bombay assessee against our officer-was condemned and a note/incident report was asked from Association.
9. Transfer orders of ACs-will be issued soon, may be today.
10. Comparison by RS between CGST & SGST-duly protested and due facilities like states asked.
11. Pathetic situation of career prospects joining as Inspector-due care may be taken during Cadre Restructuring.
        The Association wished the best to the outgoing Chairperson and welcomed the incoming Chairman with the heartiest congratulations.
