I am getting regular calls about the implementation of Subramanium case. Friends, initially we got the matter forwarded to the Expenditure department. They asked to take the opinion of DOPT also. Further, DOPT asked to refer the matter to the Law Ministry. Finally, it is being listened that the Law Ministry has asked to file the review in the matter. So, the matter was sent to the Central Law Agency.
It is really unfortunate, if review is filed in the matter. No need to say that it would be wastage of time as well as money because the percentage of success in review matters is not promoting. So very much expectedly, the review will be dismissed but matter is being delayed without any valid reason. They have no grounds to go for review and only wasting the time & money of the govt.
So friends, no need to say that final result would be in our favour. Very interestingly, I came to know that Sh. Manimohan & associates are trying their best to malign the image of mine as well as our former Secretary General, Sh. S. P. Siddhanta, on the issue saying that we opposed this matter. Friends, such things are totally a creation of Sh. Manimohan & associates and are "all rubbish". AIACEGEO overwhelmingly condemns such move of them. But nothing can be done because they are like it only. They use abusive language, they misuse money of members to stop DPC. They misuse money of members on Customs reorganization issue which was already an agreed matter with the AIACEGEO by the administration. They have divided the cadre and making every effort to defect the units. Let the good sense prevail among them because NOTHING IS BETTER THAN UNITY.
Pseudo-leadery is always a damaging weapon and is not in the interest of the cadre. No need to say that they should have come to Gandhidham to contest the elections, if they were interested in the key posts. Key post holders must always be the true representatives of the cadre working in the interest of the cadre. We have not to forget that "UNITED, WE STAND:DIVIDED, WE FALL".
