This is very unfortunate that some of the officers of Sh. Manimohan & associates are using filthy and unparliamentary words in their posts on social media pointing towards the undersigned and defaming him. They are targeting the undersigned everywhere on social media, in the Hon'ble Supreme Court, in administrative matters, in organisational matters and wherever they can since very beginning. It seems that it has become there single point programme to target the individual namely Ravi Malik instead of looking after the welfare of the cadre. If they were so angry with the person namely Ravi Malik, they should have come to Gandhidham to contest the elections.
No doubt that anybody may be happy or unhappy with anybody but use of filthy and unparliamentary language or any act of defamation is never tolerable. Now, it seems that they have crossed all limits asking the Chief Commissioner of Ahmedabad Customs to take action against the undersigned.
They are the person who don't even have any respect for the Hon'ble Supreme Court or our esteemed organisation of CBIC. When the Hon'ble Supreme Court gave the interim verdict in the Bharthan case to convene DPC for the post of the Asstt. Commissioner, their sarcastic comment was, "match fixing successful". This is their level. They said that the verdict given by the Hon'ble Supreme Court was fixed involving the Hon'ble Supreme Court, ASG, CBIC, our advocates including the Senior Advocate Sh. Vikas Singh and Ravi Malik.
As far as the suspension of Sh. Kundu in Ahmedabad Zone is concerned, the undersigned or AIACEGEO has no ole in it. He has been suspended only due to his own acts. The AIACEGEO was forced to write a letter to the Chief Commissioner of Ahmedabad only due to the reason that Sh. Kundu made serious allegations of corruption on the fellow colleagues also circulating it on social media. The AIACEGEO or the undersigned nowhere intended his suspension. His act is enough for other agencies to come in the picture and harass our officers. Not only the other agencies, Sh. Kundu also gave opportunity to the administration to initiate vigilance action against our own officers. So, that letter was written by the AIACEGEO to protect the interest of our officers and save them from any unwarranted action on account of the letter of Sh. Kundu. The AIACEGEO only asked the administration to investigate the matter to reveal the real picture in the interest of the organisation as well as the officers.
