1) A case was filed in PB CAT for arrears of pay at par with supdts of NCB w.e.f. 1.1.96. Govt counter is still awaited. Al officers who bcam supdts b4 21.4.o4 will b benefited by this case. NCB supdts were our part & parcel til 2003. After it, gone to Home afairs. Their pay scale was enhanced based on us in 2005 but w.e.f. 1.1.96. They were also granted time scale based on us.
2) A case was filed in PB CAT for promotion of our oficers directly to STS, ie, DC instead of AC. CAT has alredy directrd govt to dispose our representation. Govt speaking order is still awaited.
3) A case was filed in PB CAT for general implementation of Subramanian case. Govt counter & our rejoinder hv alredy bn filed. Govt said in reply that they cudnt implment it in rem bcoz of being pending in SC. But now they hv no such pretext bcoz mater hs alredy bn finalised by SC. Case is grant of 4 yrs time scale on getting ACP upgradation instead of promotion.
4) A case was filed in PB CAT for general implementation of chandrasekaran case, I.e. not considering 4 yrs time scale as 1 MACP upgradation. Govt counter & our rejoinder alredy filed.
5) A writ seeking pay scale at par with DSP of CBI w.e.f. 1986 hs bn filed in Cuttack HC.
6) A writ seeking arrears of pay since 1986 at par Inspr of CBI hs also bn filed in Cuttack HC. No need to say al of then Insprs hv now bcom supdt/AC.
7) A case on MACP is on final hearing in PB CAT challenging para 8.1 & offsetting of time scale with MACP upgradation. V hv sought GP of 7600/- after 30 yrs in this case.
8) A case of arrears is also being pursued in Jabalpur HC.
Many other issues r also being pursued administrativly. Al r reqstd to pl c cengoindia.blogspot.in regularly & ask other colleagues to c the same.
