I am getting regular calls about the implementation of Subramanium case. It is also being asked whether its benefit would be given only to the applicants or it would be implemented in rem (in general for all).
So, friends, the matter has been referred to the Expenditure through IFU as per news available with us.
For its general implementation, we are already in the CAT and the case is already on final hearing. No need to say that the matter is also being pursued administratively.
