I am also getting regular queries regarding the DPC for the post of Asstt. Commissioner. The matter is already being pursued and the DPC is expected soon. It is expected that the work for the DPC would be started as soon as the order for the extension of the temporary posts of Asstt. Commissioner is issued.
However, it is also being listened that Sh. Manimohan & associates are making overwhelming efforts like ever for the DPC not to be happened before the finalisation of the Bharathan matter in the Hon'ble Supreme Court. Friends, we don't know how much time the Bharatahn matter would take to be finalised.
