To,
The Chief Commissioner,
Central Goods & Service Tax
(Ranchi Zone),
Patna.
Sub: Posting of relieved Asstt.
Commissioners.
Sir,
As you are aware, it is to submit
with due regards that some Asstt. Commissioners have been relieved from their
existing charge with the directions to join CCO in Patna in Ranchi zone under
your kind control. As on date, they have already joined CCO in Patna after
getting relieved and waiting for further posting.
2. Due
to their further posting being pending, they are undecided where to be settled
alongwith family. This is the end of the month of June which is also very
crucial for the education of the wards. The place of education is also dependent
on the place of posting. Further delay in their posting shall affect the education
process of the wards adversely. For the want of posting, they are also unable
to contribute for the department. The department is also unable to use their services
and due manpower for the said reason.
3. A few of them
don’t have any establishment in Patna and are forced to live in hotels which is
again very risky in the present pandemic for the want of the required hygiene and cleanliness. Not only risky but it is also costlier and unaffordable to live in
a hotel.
4. In view of the above, it is requested to kindly decide
their posting at an early date to post them on a seat enabling them to settle
their family and education of wards in accordance of the place of posting.
Thanking you,
Yours
sincerely,
(HARPAL
SINGH),
Secretary
General.
