Sub: Annual
General Transtfers-2024 of Asstt. Commissioners.
Sir,
It is brought to your kind notice
with due regards that the Asstt. Commissioners promoted in the year 2020 from
Group B gazetted executive posts were allotted respective zones. As a result,
they were transferred to outstations from their own zones. Due to prevailing
circumstances, they couldn’t get their families to new places and forced to
live alone in misery at new places.
2. Now, all of them have completed three years at their places of work.
After their DPC, at least 3 DPCs have already happened for the post of Asstt.
Commissioner but they were not transferred to their parent places despite of
vacancies being existed in their parent zones. They kept performing their duties
with full dedication even during the times when all zones were short of
manpower at this level.
3. Many of them were transferred to cities with less HRA than parent
places bearing financial loss. They are in such age group which is vulnerable
to various diseases. So, it is necessary for them to be with family to face any
possible emergency relating to health.
4. In view of above, it is requested
to kindly repatriate all of such willing Asstt. Commissioners to their parent
places whether promoted in 2020 or later. It is really very difficult to be
away from the family at this stage. They all also have to fulfil various family
obligations including to serve old age parents, finalise career prospects of
wards, arrange marriages of wards etc. etc.
Thanking you,
Yours sincerely,
(HARPAL SINGH),
Secretary General.
