Associate Executive Committee Meeting

 

          The Associate Committee Meeting of the Association will be held on 27.06.26 at Agra. The meeting will start at 10 a.m. sharp. The agenda of the meeting will be as below-

 

(1)   Cadre restructuring and career prospects.

(2)   DPC for the post of Asstt. Commissioner and All India Seniority List of Superintendents.

(3)   Pay matters including MACP.

(4)   Implementation of legal verdicts.

(5)   Strengthening of organization, DDO certificates, pending dues and legal funds.

(6)   Additional point/s with the permission of Chair.

 

2. All units and All India office bearers/all concerned are requested to kindly make it convenient to attend the meeting. The expenses of the meeting will be borne by the delegates/units themselves. The expenses of the All India office bearers will be borne by the concerned units. If any unit office bearer is unable to come on account of some unavoidable circumstances, any other officer may kindly be deputed for the purpose.

 

3. Confirmation may kindly be given by all the delegates coming to attend the meeting by filling & submitting Google Sheet already posted in the Association WhatsApp group namely AIACTGEO Apex Body.

 

4. There would also be Gala dinner at 8 p.m. on 27.06.26. Taj Mahal visit on 28.06.26 at 6:30 a.m. will also be there. Sh. Bhanu Pratap Sharma, General Secretary, Agra Unit may kindly be contacted on Mob. No. 9897105720 in case of any query or guidance. Lunch on 27.06.26 at 2 p.m. will also be there. Venue of the meeting and boarding/lodging will be intimated by the Agra Unit.
