Went through
some post of Mr. Manimohan, so called SG of so called association using name of
our Association. This biggest liar again put cheap lies as per his established
habit of telling lies. Who are the units with us, it is more than clear from
the attendance at Jodhpur Convention minutes of which will be placed on the
blog soon. However, splinters who couldn’t win elections in Gandhidham and
Jodhpur, aligned with him later under the greed of posts and are having many
unconstitutional posts there.
He always keeps
crying about our constitution but perhaps he doesn’t know that we had submitted
our amended constitution to the CBIC well in advance to include promotee Group
A officers as our members like Income Tax Gazetted Officers Association and
other associations/federations under CBIC having feeder as well promoted cadre
officers their members. As a result, we were called in a meeting held for the
transfer/posting of Group A officers by the Board. However, what constitution
this biggest liar is having we don’t know. This person doesn’t know that the
promotee officers IRS Association was formed by Mishraji merely as an extension
of AIACEGEO for welfare measures which was hijacked by some elements having
vested interests later.
As far as Sh.
Ravi Malik is concerned, I know him very well and always accompany him in each
and every meeting. I know how blunt, bold, straightforward, firm and clear he
is on cadre issues in placing before administration and he always worked in the
interest of the cadre without having any vested interest like this biggest
liar. It is amusing that this person is trying to compare himself with Sh.
Malik. This liar has only achievement to divide the cadre whether as Inspector
or as Superintendent under his vested interests. Except it, he has no
achievement whether as Superintendent or Inspector. Sh. Malik never bothered
about board authorities and always worked in the interest of the cadre with
full honesty and also having many achievements for the cadre, this is known to
everybody.
This liar always
tried to delay every DPC, due to which we had to get the stay vacated every
time including in the Hon’ble Supreme Court. He was always having only agenda,
i.e., to oppose Sh. Malik and his agenda is still continued. He always took
back door entry into the Association instead of contesting direct elections.
Once he became President of Inspector Association due to the blessings of Sh.
Ravi Malik in Bhilai but this shameless person has forgotten everything. If he
was so hungry of the post in AIACEGEO, he alongwith his godfather Mr Chandramouli & other splinters should have come to Gandhidham and
contested elections.
He is also
trying to befool the cadre not only in the name of the ratio between Central
Excise and Customs but also in the name of redesignation of the Superintendents
with GP of Rs. 5400/- in PB3 as MACP upgradation. He very well knows that it is
not feasible as per any rule or law. Despite of it, he is tricking and befooling
the cadre emotionally under his vested interest. However, if it happens, it
will be a great thing and we wish him the best for it. We, however, are already
trying to get the in-situ scheme implemented which was approved by the Board in
2011 to promote 20 years combined length of Superintendent as AC and 25 years
combined length officers as DC. We are also making efforts to get all of our
Superintendents upgraded/redesignated as Asstt. Commissioner at par with the
counterparts of the State GST.
This person
demanded separate service only upto the level of Joint Commissioner whereas Sh.
Ravi Malik demanded at least upto the level of Commissioner which has already
been approved by the Board. However, we have to fight to get the number of
posts increased at every level and get the cadre restructuring finally approved
by the Cabinet through CRC which is very much possible, if all of us are united
under the single flag of AIACEGEO. This person demanded basic pay scale of
Superintendent in Level-8 and promotion as Senior Superintendent in Level-9 on
getting time scale. Sh. Malik demanded basic pay scale of Superintendent in
Level-10 and next promotion in Level-11 for which we are still fighting. Thanks
to Sh. Ravi Malik that promotion as Senior Superintendent in Level-9 was
dropped by the Board. Sh. Ravi Malik was able to get recommended at least basic
pay scale of Superintendent in Level-9 instead of promotion in this level or
basic pay scale in Level-9, if not basic pay scale in Level-10 for which fight
is continued.
And this biggest
liar is again trying to befool the cadre that I wrote any letter which will be
impediment to DPC. My letter is more than clear but perhaps fools don’t want to
understand it or don’t have the brain to understand it.
He is lamenting
that now Inspectors are becoming Superintendents within two years while he
couldn’t become. It is really surprising that he is not happy, if the
promotional avenues took better shape due to the efforts of Sh. Ravi Malik,
otherwise it would have been only a dream for an Inspector to become
Superintendent too early and for Superintendent to become Asstt. Commissioner.
Sh. Malik never lamented on this advancement of promotions whereas he became
Superintendent after sixteen plus of service as Inspector.
This
person namely Mr Manimohan is still trying to stop and delay the DPC by writing
a conditional letter to our Chairman which has also been mentioned by the
Chairman in his news letter that he requires unconditional letters. This person
doesn’t know that equal number of Inspectors will also become Superintendent,
if DPC for the post of Asstt. Commissioner is convened. Ministerial officers
will also get its cascading benefit and so our Sepoys. But this person doesn’t
want anybody to be promoted because he himself is not getting any benefit of
these promotions. Perhaps good sense will never prevail in this person because
he always works under his vested interests.
