2. It is submitted with due regards that the Association always takes neutral stand whenever any issue relates to two categories of its members. N. R. Parmar case also being related to two categories of the members of the Association, the above referred letter of the Association may kindly be treated as withdrawn and it is also requested to take uniform decision to implement the Parmar verdict uniformly in all zones.
