Our advocate being out of Station & not having net facility there, our Chief Patron and former Secretary General Sh. Ravi Malik appeared on line in Delhi High Court hearing today in MACP case in which govt has filed writ against us regarding CAT case won by us. Nobody appeared on behalf of newly impleaded respondents. Court gave them four weeks time to file counter.
