(1)   Dear Friends,
At last it happened. For our senior colleagues who were waiting for almost 2 decades for the much sought after second promotion, it had become a reality. Whether it is called adhoc or temporary as some may say, it is a promotion and indeed a landmark achievement.
Never before in the history of our department such a mass promotion to group A happened. I have no hesitation to shower praise on our national leaders for this rare achievement. We should also thank our chairperson for her untiring persuasion at every levels to make this happen and also the concerned persons in DGHRD/CBEC/Ministry.
I take this opportunity to salute our national leadership consisting of Raviji, Mishraji and others for getting this wonderful Deepawali Gift. We all know the journey was a long one and will not end here. Let us not sit idle. Now we have to pursue more to make this posts permanent and acheive our long pending issues.
My warm wishes to our fortunate elder brothers and sisters who could enter into group A.
With warm wishes
Sreedhar. E,

(7)   Dear Ravi and Loknath Mishra jee
First of all I must congratulate u too for the best ever effort put in this cadre review process   to get  some benefit for the cadre of supdt in the form of this promotion order.
I remember the process started at the time of Pranab Mukherjee Finance Minister and some of the units like Chandigarh Kolkatta that time played a imp role in fixing meet with F M   due to which this proposal for much  more posts could get initiated .
The All India leaders under the dynamic leadership of Ravi and Loknathjee   have done wonderful job in taking lot of efforts and put in lot of hard work even after lot  of odds . regular interaction with CBEC and Ministry and even on the last day they had put in all out efforts in getting this order singed and issued as DEEPALI GIFT  from CBEC  MY heartiest congratulation to all the officers who got promotion .
Dear Ravi I have a suggestion as the All India Meet is in near future...
on the lines of Income tax pls if all the units agree make necessary amendment in the Constitution  and   let all the promote Asst Commissioner become the member of this all india body...
If all agree pls consider this amendments.
ONCE AGAIN RAVI AND SH LOKNATH JEE  YOUR ENTIRE TEAM  REALLY HAVE DONE WONDERFUL JOB ..LOT LOT THANKS TO YOU ALL
JPSHARMA

(8)  Dear Mr Ravi Mallik,
Congrats for the big achievement brought to the cadre.
Best wishes to ALL those got promoted, especially who are previleged to retire on 31st Oct as AC.
It will be a befitting Gesture on the part of all those promoted to contribute their might at least minimum ONE DAY salary to the ASsn.
I would also take this opportunity to exhort all those promoted as ACs, to adopt and implement the practice of passing their own adjudication orders, deviating from practice hitherto followed by the DR IRS men. This will empower the supdts to assert to them that it is for the AC themselves to pass/write the adjn orders on their own.It would also be a strong message that can be given to CBEC top ,who stated in 2010 that the supdts lack experience /expertise to pass adjn orders on their promotion, while assigning the supdts with adjn powers upto Rs1000/ or so.
ONCE AGAIN BEST WISHES AND CONGRATS TO ALL THOSE PROMOTED..
Congratulations to all our association members for the outstanding results in achieving this
promotion order. On this occasion I wish to remember those association leaders who were also
instrumental in this struggle but could not benefit from the same due to their retirement. My
heart goes out to them on this occasion as we are promoted. I only pray God to bless them
abundantly in their retired live whilst thanking our leaders once again for the same.

Yours sincerely
Francis Rodrigues Goa.
(10)Congratulations to all the colleagues who got promotion as Assistant Commissioners. I wish them a very successful career as Gr. ‘A’ officers. It’s indeed a historic moment in the struggle of our Association. Thanks and accolade to all India leadership!.
